What we Believe

The Bible

We believe the Scriptures are inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind. God’s Word is true, authoritative, and sufficient.

God

We believe there is only One True God—revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, commonly known together as the Trinity.

The Church

We believe the Church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. We believe the Church is the body of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God’s offer of redemption through the sacrificial death of His Son, Jesus Christ.

alvary Chapel Churches have been formed as a fellowship of believers under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is know Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such; only to their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ.
We believe the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ's (Agape) love, which is greater than differences we possess, and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.
